Lewis River agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent data breaches and to mitigate any damage resulting from a data breach. Lewis River shall implement and maintain appropriate organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure.
