Lewis River Services, LLC is dedicated to the security of all electronic and hard copy information in our care. Unfortunately there is no absolute way to protect from the intentional or accidental data breach. Information security is a top priority and as we will not be disclosing our exact security protocols, here are some of the basic ways in which we protect data.


SECURITY POLICY: We have organizational security policies in place to include data handling, breach reporting, corporate equipment use, third party equipment use, and use of other common industry security standards. Physical security of hard copy records and building access polcies in place.


TRAINING: All Lewis River Services, LLC employees and contractors are required to do personally identifiable information training prior to performance of work.


NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS: Every employee and/or contractor we employee has on file a signed non-disclousre agreement.


RESTRICTED ACCESS: Use of multifactor ("MFA") authentication is in use where available by emplyees and contractors. Only those with a need to know or in the performance of their duties are allowed to view, modify, or delete data.


ENCRYPTION: Use of the latest encryption methods for storing or transmitting data.


INFRASTRUCTURE: We only utilize FEDRAMP providers for cloud computing services, use NIST resources site, adhere to CIS benchmarks guidelines, and conduct routine internal audits.

This Privacy Policy describes how Lewis River Services, LLC ("LRS", "we" and "us") collects, uses, discloses, stores, retains, and otherwise processes your information (whether you are an employee, contractor, customer, applicant, government official, or user) when you sign up, apply, employed, or become a client.


1. We collect information about you in the following three ways: (i) when you provide it to us directly, (ii) when we gather information while you are using the services we provide, and (iii) when we collect or receive information from another source or party.


2. Our subsidy program collects information that contains personally identifiable information ("PII") to include name, address, contact methods, birthdays, family members, financial data, date of birth, and social security numbers we can collect this information from any source mentioned in section 1.


3. Our services collects information or annonymous data such as ip address, website use, website cookies, website tags, and server logs. This data is obtained primarily through the use of our website while not logged in as an authenticated user.


4. We also collect information like client notes, financial transactions, and contact logs through the normal course of business. This internal data is gathered internally or through combined sources.


5. The use of PII (section 2) is for the evaluation for eligibility in the program, communicate with you about the program, and the administration of the subsidy program. We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise disclose this information with any thid party outside us, you, and the U.S. Federal Agency, or subsidy program owner in which Lewis River Services has contracted with.


6. Annonymous data (section 3) that does not contain any identifiable information may be used and analysed to improved our services, maintain infrastructure, recovery, enhance experiences, and track visitors. We may employ the use of third party or private companies to assist, evaluate, or process this information.


7. Business records (section 4) is confidential and remains the property of Lewis River Services and is not sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed. We however will assist, comply, and work with law enforcement, Courts, State, Federal Agencies where appropriate or compeled.


8. The use of our website to collect information maybe done using a service or server provided by another company. This information once received by us is covered under our policies above. The services used are detailed herein and strict use of secure encryption methods employed in sending, in transit, once we have received, and when we store such data.


9. External links maybe provided and are usually to a Federal, State, or Program Owner's website were related information can be found. Once outside our control we have no control of the use of your information, we advise you to read the corresponding website's privacy policy before proceeding any further.


10. This policy maybe amended from time to time and the continued use of our webiste, services, or the exchanging information of any type with us constitutes your acceptance of these policies. Any changes will be posted upon our website with an effective date.
