How long can I participate in the program?

Participation is based on the calendar year. Your decision letter will have a start date of enrollment. Each year both participants and providers are required to recertify their eligibility to participate in the program. Some programs may require this be done by a certain calendar day instead of a full year after enrollment. Recertification is done by submitting the application and all the required documents again.
